  • How to reserve events after purchasing AWP Pass?
    Get your AWP Pass and login in with the SAME subscription email at our Apps to do the event reservations.Contact us [email protected] for assistance if you need any help! your calendar!
  • Where can I register for the events?
    You can do the registration via our App (Anywhere Passport) or our website http://anywhere.today/events.
  • What if the event is cancelled or postponed?
    Our event will only be cancelled under extreme weather conditions. Such as Tropical Cyclone Warning or Rainstorm Warning. If this is the case, we may postpone our events. We will also notify you through email ahead of.
  • Can I register at the venue?
    We only accept online registration.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    We do not offer refunds unless our event is cancelled.
  • How will I get my tickets if I buy them online?
    If you register on Eventbrite, the ticket will be sent to your email directly after your registration.
  • The name on the ticket doesn’t match the attendee’s name. Is that okay?
    We require the ticket to be matched with the attendees. We’ll double check your identity at the check-in counter.
  • If I have questions, who can I contact?
    You may contact our customer service via Whatsapp during service hours (+852 92495870) and email ([email protected])

Rules & Regulations

  • 1. All participants must follow the epidemic prevention measures.
  • 2. Please try to keep a certain social distance with other participants during the events.
  • 3. All participants must wear a mask during the event. Participants can either scan the “LeaveHomeSafe ” venue code using the “LeaveHomeSafe ” mobile application or fill in the Customer’s Information form as a record. Participants should also take their body temperature before entering the venue.
  • 4. Participants who suffer from influenza, fever, or have a body temperature higher than 37.5 °C must not participate in the activity. We reserve the right to refuse the entry of participants who do not wear a mask.
  • 5. We reserve the right of final acceptance of registration. In events, including but not limited to, provision of false information, participating with false account, any other violation of terms and conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the entry of participants.
  • 6. Participants must take care of their own personal belongings and safety.
  • 7. Anywhere reserves the right on the final decision in all matters pertaining to the event including the rights to amend, change and suspend the terms and conditions.
